We are a husband-and-wife team of educators who created The Two-Teacher Lens to help parents and teachers look beyond the answer and notice the clues in a child's response. Drawing on our experience in reading, math, special education and learning support, we share practical, evidence-informed ideas to help families and educators think more clearly about what may be getting in the way and what to try next.

We look at the everyday challenges that can affect learning, like focus, planning, organization, starting tasks, and keeping track of information. We share practical ways adults can support children.

We give parents practical, easy-to-use guidance to better understand learning struggles, ask useful questions, and feel more confident supporting their child at home and communicating with school.
